If your Developmemt Environment is 64 bit , the error will occur with SQL Server 2005.

 

You can solve by the step

1. Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Turn Windows features on or off

2. Enable as below ""

     

 

3. Click OK and wait for Installation complete

4. call cmd

5. Type "cscript %SYSTEMDRIVE%\inetpub\adminscripts\adsutil.vbs SET W3SVC/AppPools/Enable32bitAppOnWin64 1"

6. And then type "%SYSTEMROOT%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_regiis.exe -i"

7. Solved. You can install again
