部分客戶因為要使用Emb Features : EWF/UWF + HORM 的功能，因此必須將Hibernate選項於power option 中秀出來
之前在WES7 / Win7 FES 上要將Hibernate打開，最主要就是透過cmd prompt下指令 "powercfg /hibernate on".

而在Win8.1 / WE8S上作法如下:
Control Panel --> Power Option --> Choose what the power buttons do
select the option --> Change settings that are currently unavailable
When the System Setting window jumped up, enable Show Hibernate option
Then you will be able to see Hibernate on WE8.1 / WE8S Power option
